We offer traditional W-2 employment. We do not offer sub-contract or part-time opportunities. All associates are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and comply with all corporate policies and procedures, including exclusive employment with our organization. Our associates are not allowed to maintain ongoing relationships with our competitors while employed by IAS or engage in any other employment opportunities that may represent a conflict of interest.
We offer industry training to all new employees. Whether you have current premium audit experience, are returning to the insurance premium audit industry after an absence, or are brand new to the field, we offer custom training programs to equip our staff with the necessary tools to be successful.
